Age is just a number when it comes to pursuing your passions!   Carole Taylor proves that it’s never too late to start something new, inspiring us all with her dedication to learning Karate later in life.

Carole was 83 years old in the 2021 interview (click the link below to watch), and started practicing karate at the age of 60 after watching her granddaughter’s class. She earned her fifth-degree black belt at Chuck Norris’ annual United Fighting Arts Federation International Training Convention. Carole’s journey exemplifies resilience, determination, and the joy of lifelong learning.

Remember, she is one of many older women who prove that the path to mastery knows no age boundaries. Whether you’re 40, 60, or 80, karate welcomes everyone willing to learn and grow!
